Trec and Dressage Combined Training

Sat 20 October 10:00 AM

Dressage and TREC PTV and MA Training and Competitions.

Saturday 20th October 2018

Trainers and judges:

TREC: Mrs Jill Perry BHSAI Reg. Instructor and TREC TD.

Dressage: Mrs Debbie Morgan BHSI Reg.

To be held at Woodlands Stables, Waltham Abbey. London. E4 7RD

Refreshments and cakes will be available and help from

Epping forest Riders Association, and East Anglia TREC Group.

Following the success of last couple of years Dressage and TREC taster days with judging, this year we are combining our TREC training with some Dressage training.

Each TREC session will have a maximum of 4 riders and will offer one hour of training to complete ten obstacles found in TREC competitions. At the end of the session, each rider will ride the course and be judged.

For the dressage training each rider will have an allocated time to ride a dressage test of their choosing from the Intro, Prelim to Novice. The intro and prelim classes will allow western and natural tack. They will then be given advice and pointers by our guest trainer /judge Debbie Morgan BHSII. At the end of the session, each rider will ride the test under test conditions and will be judged.

These dressage points together with the TREC points will be added together to find our overall winner for the day. Rosettes will be awarded 1st-6th place and also for the individual winners of the TREC and the Dressage competitions.

Combined Training (TREC & Dressage)                       £45
