Summer Ride 2026

Terms and Conditions:
1. The organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule in any way they consider appropriate or refuse entry/participation should they deem in unsafe.
2. No entry will be accepted without the appropriate fee.
3. The organisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for anything that occurs to competitors, their property, horses, ponies or servants. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify EFRA against any legal action arising from such an incident.
4. Failure to attend the ride will entail forfeiture of any entry fees unless a veterinary (or medical) certificate is produced.
5. Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted on site.
6. For safety, please ensure children are supervised at all times by an appropriate adult.
7. ALL DROPPINGS/HAY/LITTER MUST be removed from the parking area PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Please leave the venue as you found it. Droppings/Rubbish should be placed in the appropriate bins.
8. Entrants must ensure they have an Epping Forest Horse Riding licence valid for the ride date.
