Achievements
EFRA has consistently campaigned for safe-riding in the forest:
- Working with Essex County Highways and the City of London, with the help of the BHS to improve such things as the raising of motorway bridge parapets for horse and rider safety.
- We have pressed the London Borough of Waltham Forest to mark all the Public Bridleways in their area and restore them to their Definitive Map.
- On going campaigning, reviewing whenever necessary, to improve, encourage and maintain standards for riders in the forest and surrounding area. Some of which are on going, taking several years to achieve.
- Arranged events for our members - Trec, Fun Days, Clue Rides & Quiz Nights.
